Subject: fits

Hi,
I fit the double-differential distributions with both G4 and Penelope
simulations, assuming 12% error on the data points. The results are:

G4:				        reference added by Jeff
targets		factor		kai^2	"by eye" factor from papers
silicon		1.000+/-0.012	1.13	    1.0
beryllium	0.744+/-0.010	4.38	    0.8
scintillator	1.073+/-0.013	2.59	    0.9

Penelope:
targets		factor		kai^2
silicon		1.077+/-0.013	0.67	    1.1
beryllium	1.098+/-0.014	1.18	    1.0
scintillator	1.163+/-0.015	1.43	    1.2

The errors on "factor" are statistical only, so that its error
is dominated by the systematic error of "0.12".
