Option A for Cherenkov trigger - separate pion thresholds option

Note: these are ps files which one can edit with the Linux application xcircuit.

The point of the separate pion thresholds is that we could either use our spares to create separate pion thresholds, or purchase one extra V895 discriminator and ECL/NIM (which are rarer) and scrounge the other associated NIM.
